The Abbots House - enjoy the Dorset Coast
Discreetly restored to uncover some of its fascinating history, The Abbots House in Charmouth, West Dorset (near Lyme Regis and Bridport) balances the contemporary ambience of a boutique hotel with the classic timelessness and homely feel of an authentic 16th century guesthouse.
Unwind in one of our four individual bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All have double-ended baths and walk-in showers along with a flatscreen TV so you can watch television in the bath. In the garden room you can enjoy the warmth of the sun while browsing through the many magazines and books.
Enjoy a gin and tonic or glass of wine in our cosy lounge. You can be sure of a warm welcome, as hosts Sheila and Nick Gilbey introduce you to the very best the South West has to offer.

Our Retreat is also available on a self-catering basis for a minimum of 2 nights. The rate for 2 nights is £190 with additional nights at £40 per night. (£50 per night in June, July and August)
